Following the chimpanzee tracking, return to your lodge for a well-deserved lunch. In the afternoon, explore other sections of Nyungwe National Park on a guided hike. Consider the Colobus Monkey Trail or the Kamiranzovu Swamp Trail for a chance to see additional wildlife and experience the park’s diverse ecosystems.

Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation, reflecting on the day’s discoveries.

On your final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast and embark on a morning forest walk. Choose a trail that interests you, such as the Rukuzi Trail or the Uwinka Viewpoint Trail, for more opportunities to explore Nyungwe’s stunning landscapes and rich biodiversity.

After your morning hike, return to the lodge for lunch. Check out and transfer back to Kigali in the afternoon. Depending on your schedule, you may have time for some last-minute exploration or shopping in Kigali before your departure.
